Expanding the Deer Antler Velvet Product Lineup to Five Varieties
On August 29, hy announced the launch of 'Balhui Fermented Nokyongwonbo' (hereafter referred to as Nokyongwonbo). With this launch, hy plans to expand its deer antler velvet product lineup to five varieties and further strengthen its position in the market.
Nokyongwonbo is a deer antler velvet product in a convenient pouch format. Its main ingredient, 'fermented deer antler velvet,' is a patented material independently developed by hy. The product is made by fermenting deer antler velvet sourced from the pristine regions of New Zealand using a Korean probiotic strain (HY7602), which increases the content of sialic acid, a key component. In addition, it contains fermented red ginseng-made by fermenting six-year-old Korean red ginseng with Bifidobacterium-and enhanced functionality with 13 types of domestically sourced medicinal herbs such as Daebo and Danggui.
In celebration of the upcoming Chuseok holiday, hy will offer up to 31% discounts on all products in its deer antler velvet brand lineup. A limited edition gift set has also been prepared, consisting of one bottle of 'Fermented Deer Antler Velvet Tablet 150g' and two Sori cups from the ceramic brand Kwangjuyo. The Sori cup is a signature product unique to Kwangjuyo, featuring a small ceramic bead inside the handle base that creates a clear, ringing sound when the cup is shaken.
Nam Changwoo, hy’s marketing manager, stated, "'Balhui Fermented Nokyongwonbo' is a premium deer antler velvet product that combines hy’s fermentation technology with deer antler velvet, which is known for its benefits in restoring energy and vitality. Its luxurious packaging also makes it an ideal Chuseok gift for someone special."
