Hyundai Engineering & Construction announced that it will be accepting non-priority applications for some remaining 59㎡ units at "Hillstate Hoeryong Station Park View" starting September 1.
"Hillstate Hoeryong Station Park View" is located in Howon-dong, Uijeongbu, Gyeonggi Province, and consists of 12 buildings with 3 basement floors and 33 above-ground floors, offering a total of 1,816 units with exclusive areas ranging from 39㎡ to 84㎡. Of these, 674 units of the highly popular 59㎡ and 84㎡ mid- and small-sized types are available for general sale.
Applications for the 59㎡ non-priority units will be accepted via the Korea Real Estate Board's Cheongyak Home platform. Any member of a non-homeowning household aged 19 or older currently residing in the Seoul metropolitan area-including Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi (Uijeongbu)-is eligible to apply, regardless of subscription savings account status. There are no restrictions on repeat winners or mandatory residency periods, which is expected to draw significant interest. Winners will be announced on September 4, and contracts will be signed on September 11.
Contracts for the 84㎡ units are being processed on a first-come, first-served basis. These contracts also do not require a subscription savings account, and anyone aged 19 or older can sign regardless of residence or homeownership status. Existing homeowners are also eligible, and buyers can directly select their preferred building and unit number, which is a notable feature.
While the standard apartment down payment is typically set at 10% of the sale price, "Hillstate Hoeryong Station Park View" has lowered the down payment to 5% to ease the initial financial burden for end-users. The first installment is a fixed 5 million won, with the remaining second installment due within 30 days. In addition, a full interest-free benefit is provided for the 60% interim payment, allowing buyers to effectively reduce their total purchase cost.
"Hillstate Hoeryong Station Park View" boasts excellent accessibility to Seoul. The straight-line distance to the Seoul boundary is only about 3 kilometers. The complex is located at Hoeryong Station, a transportation hub served by Subway Line 1 and the Uijeongbu Light Rail Transit, allowing entry into Seoul (Dobongsan Station) in just two stops. Major business districts in Seoul, such as City Hall Station and Gangnam-gu Office Station, can be reached in around 40 minutes. The complex is also close to major road networks such as the Seoul Metropolitan Area 1st Circular Expressway and the Dongbu Expressway, offering outstanding regional accessibility by car.
At Uijeongbu Station, just one stop from Hoeryong Station, the GTX-C line (scheduled to open in 2028) is under development. Once operational, it will allow access to Samseong Station in five stops, or about 20 minutes, greatly improving connectivity to Gangnam. Additionally, the planned Hoeryong IC (tentative name, scheduled to open in 2027), which will connect from Howon Middle School to the west, will pass right by the complex. Other major infrastructure projects include the undergrounding of the Dongbu Expressway (full opening scheduled for 2034) and the Seoul-Yangju Expressway (scheduled for completion in 2030), all of which are expected to further enhance future transportation conditions.
The complex also offers an educational environment highly favored by parents. It is located within a school district, adjacent to Howon Elementary and Howon Middle School, ensuring safe commutes for young children. Other nearby schools include Hoeryong Elementary, Hoeryong Middle, Howon High School, the Howon-dong private education district, and the Nowon (Seoul) private education district. A public daycare center is planned within the complex, and a memorandum of understanding has been signed with Avalon Education, which boasts 26 years of educational expertise, to provide English education programs and tuition discounts for residents.
Furthermore, large shopping malls such as Shinsegae Department Store, Lotte Mart, Rodeo Street, and Costco are within walking distance, as is the Hoeryong Station local commercial district. The Uijeongbu Arts Center, City Hall, and Information Library are also nearby. The area is surrounded by abundant natural environments, including Dobongsan, Sapaesan, Suraksan, Jungnangcheon Riverside Park, and the Bukhansan Dulle-gil Trail.
"Hillstate Hoeryong Station Park View" is the first "Hillstate" branded apartment introduced by Hyundai Engineering & Construction in Howon-dong, Uijeongbu, and features a differentiated product offering. All general sale units are oriented to the south to maximize sunlight and ventilation, and the layout has been designed to create wind corridors for added comfort. The complex is equipped with a variety of landscaping facilities, including children's playgrounds, a social community garden, a healing garden, a family garden, a healing forest, a picnic garden, a grass garden, a lawn plaza, and a central plaza, enhancing the overall pleasant environment.
The floor plans have been diversified to reflect consumer needs, and all general sale units are equipped with dressing rooms. Depending on the type, the 84㎡ units offer additional storage spaces such as a kitchen pantry, entrance pantry, and hallway pantry.
The large-scale community facilities planned for the complex include a fitness center, golf practice range, screen golf facility, GX room, sauna, kids' playroom (indoor play area), separate reading rooms for men and women, a small library, a shared care center, a work lounge, a Hills lounge, and a guest house.
Hyundai Engineering & Construction's specialized "H Series" designs are also featured, including the "H Silent Home System I" for noise reduction between floors, the "H Auto Zone" dry car wash area in the underground parking lot, and the "H With Pet" pet-friendly space.
The model home for "Hillstate Hoeryong Station Park View" is located in Howon-dong, Uijeongbu, Gyeonggi Province, with move-in scheduled for April 2026.
