Daewoo Engineering & Construction announced that it will open the model home for Tapseok Prugio Park7, which is being built in Yonghyeon-dong, Uijeongbu, Gyeonggi Province, on August 29. The complex will consist of seven buildings with three basement levels and 27 above-ground floors, offering 935 units ranging from 59 to 84 square meters of exclusive area.
Applications will open with special supply on September 4, followed by first-priority applications on September 5 and second-priority applications on September 8. Winners will be announced on September 12, and the contract period for successful applicants will run for three days starting September 23. Adults aged 19 or older who live in Uijeongbu or the Seoul metropolitan area and meet the minimum deposit requirement are eligible for first-priority applications. Home ownership status is not a factor, and there are no restrictions on re-applying after winning. There is a one-year restriction on resale, and the average pre-sale price is in the 21 million won range per 3.3 square meters (one pyeong).
The Uijeongbu Light Rail Transit Songsan Station is nearby, and the Tapseok Station on Line 7 is also planned for the area. The location offers convenient access to highway interchanges. The neighborhood is well equipped with lifestyle amenities, and there are elementary, middle, and high schools near the complex. Most units are oriented to the south, and the 84-square-meter units feature an entrance storage room and pantry. Community facilities will include a fitness club, golf club, and English library.
The complex will feature seven parks within its grounds, and no vehicles will be allowed on the surface. Kim Youngmin, a professor at the University of Seoul, is participating as the chief director of landscape design. An energy monitoring system will be installed to allow real-time tracking of energy usage, and LED lighting and standby power cut-off devices will be used to save electricity. The model home is located near the new apartment site, and move-in is scheduled for March 2029.
