"Slam Dunk New Edition" Now Available as Scroll and Volume Editions
10% Cookie Payback for Full Volume Set Purchases for One Month
The legendary basketball comic "Slam Dunk" will now be available on Naver Webtoon and Naver Series.
On August 28, Naver Webtoon announced that the digital edition of the "Slam Dunk New Edition" will be released for the first time in Korea on Naver Webtoon and Naver Series starting at midnight on August 29.
On Naver Webtoon, the series will be available for a limited two-month period, while on Naver Series, readers can continue to enjoy it as a set of volumes. During the exclusive pre-release period, until September 28, those who purchase the full set of volumes on Naver Series will receive 10% of the purchase price back in cookies.
The "Slam Dunk New Edition" is a 20-volume series personally re-edited by author Takehiko Inoue, featuring newly illustrated covers. While preserving the original content from the 31-volume edition, the story has been reorganized and condensed to fit the new format, with every cover adorned with new color illustrations. In Japan, the digital edition was released in June and has been well received by fans.
