The Content Creative Talent Accompaniment Project is a program designed to discover and nurture aspiring creators. Graduates of the program have distinguished themselves in various fields such as film, drama, and performance. Notably, director Jang Jaehyun, who began with the short film "The 12th Assistant Priest" and achieved consecutive box office successes with "The Priests," "Svaha: The Sixth Finger," and "Exhuma," is an alumnus. Other notable graduates include Moon Jiwon, writer of the drama "Extraordinary Attorney Woo," and Kim Minseok, writer of the drama "Juvenile Justice."

The event will feature the "Welcome Home Talk Concert," with senior graduates from diverse fields sharing their stories. Participants include Jo Yoojin, writer of the film "Pilot," Um Hyesu, writer of the musical "The Boxer of Joseon," Jang Injeong, writer of the drama "A Week Before I Die," and composer Seo Jinyoung. The session will be hosted by director Sung Jongwan, known for the musicals "Death Song" and "Rimbaud." Following this, the "Welcome Home Concert" featuring hip-hop artists Dynamic Duo will take place to encourage the participants.

There will also be an "Open Mentoring" session, where graduates from the past three years will present their ongoing projects and receive expert feedback. Professionals from fields such as video and animation, webtoons and storytelling, games, music, and performance will provide practical feedback and explore possibilities for collaboration.

The "Gosanghan Counseling Center" will also be operated, with legal, labor, and tax experts, as well as psychological counselors on site. The center will offer practical assistance to creators facing issues such as contracts, copyrights, taxation, working environments, and stress.

Jeon Wooyoung, head of the Talent Development Team at the Korea Creative Content Agency, stated, "Homecoming Day is a growth platform where the know-how of senior creators meets the potential of juniors to create synergy," adding, "We expect that exchanges among creators will contribute to the development of the content industry."
