Case-based Training Receives Positive Response from Social Workers
Regular Education Programs Planned for Continued Support
The Gwangju Long-term Care Institutions Association in Gyeonggi Province held the "Practical Guide Education for Social Workers at Long-term Care Institutions" on the 27th for social workers and facility managers at long-term care institutions.

This training was organized to strengthen the professionalism of long-term care institution staff and to improve the quality of services.
The program was designed so that social workers could systematically understand the various tasks they perform in long-term care settings according to standardized procedures.
In particular, the training focused on practical, case-based content frequently encountered in the field, which received a highly positive response from participants.
Park Bohyun, President of the Gwangju Long-term Care Institutions Association, stated, "With this practical training as a starting point, we plan to continue regular training sessions to help social workers overcome the challenges they face in the field and enhance their expertise."

Meanwhile, the Gwangju Long-term Care Institutions Association in Gyeonggi Province plans to continue providing close support to the field through regular training programs and improvements to guidelines.
