A racking solution is a customized installation system that helps users systematically store and efficiently utilize tools or parts inside vehicles, commonly used in interior work, utility, and construction sites.

Milwaukee is a global brand that sells professional equipment, power tools, hand tools, and accessories. In particular, Milwaukee's patented Packout is a modular tool solution that allows customers to configure it in their preferred form, offering a variety of tool storage functions based on outstanding durability and mobility.

K-Van is a brand that develops and manufactures its own racking solutions in Korea, providing suitable products for a wide range of customers by offering on-site installation and customized racking.

Through this collaboration, Kia, Milwaukee, and K-Van plan to significantly enhance PBV customer convenience by providing integrated solutions that combine vehicle-customized design with brand-specific features.

Kia will be responsible for providing PBV vehicle specification information, operating the Kia Shop sales platform, and delivering customer feedback and improvement requests.

Milwaukee will offer analysis of various customer cases and needs, provide Packout compatibility standards, and support marketing tailored to workers. K-Van will handle the development of PBV-specialized racking solutions, nationwide on-site installation services, as well as after-sales service and maintenance.

The next-generation racking solution will be developed with a customized design that perfectly matches the body structure of the PV5 Cargo model. By integrating Milwaukee's Packout modular system, customers will be able to continue using their existing Milwaukee tool storage boxes seamlessly.

A Kia representative stated, "We expect to build a scalable solution ecosystem that can meet the diverse needs of PBV customers," adding, "We plan to continuously expand innovative mobility solutions by discovering and supporting competitive domestic small and medium-sized enterprises across various industries, and to pursue mutual growth with these companies."
