Main agenda items included resolving conflicts within the medical community, national-level investment in resident training, the establishment of task forces on training environments at each training hospital, and multi-institutional collaborative training.

In his opening remarks, Hansungjon stated, "A significant number of residents are expected to return to the training field through this recruitment in the second half of the year," emphasizing, "This situation stems from the implementation of unreasonable policies and long-standing structural problems, and we have a responsibility to rebuild the medical field."

He added, "I hope today's meeting will serve as a new starting point based on mutual trust, and that the training environment will stabilize quickly and make further progress."

Kim Wonseop said, "The Korean Association of Training Hospitals has made significant efforts regarding training consultative bodies and Korean-style training management organizations to create a good training environment," adding, "We will continue to work with the Korean Interns and Residents Association to create a good training environment and to nurture competent doctors for the health of the public."
