Renault Korea Finalizes Wage Agreement... 2025 Negotiation Signing Ceremony Completed

Renault Korea, led by CEO Stephan Deleze, has completed all procedures for this year's wage negotiations.

On August 25, the company held the "2025 Wage Negotiation Signing Ceremony" at the Renault Korea Busan plant, attended by representatives from both labor and management.

Since the initial meeting in April, Renault Korea's labor and management held a total of 13 negotiation sessions. The tentative agreement reached was approved by a majority vote at the employee general meeting on July 25, allowing the 2025 wage negotiations to conclude without any disputes.

Renault Korea, which was the first among domestic automakers to conclude wage negotiations this year, is focusing its organizational capabilities on maintaining customer satisfaction based on stable labor-management relations.

At the beginning of this year, the Renault Korea Busan plant underwent extensive facility upgrades to lay the foundation for future eco-friendly vehicle production. As a result, the Busan plant has completed its transformation into a "future mobility production line," becoming the first in the domestic automotive industry capable of producing internal combustion engine vehicles, hybrid vehicles, and the latest pure electric vehicles on a single mixed production line.
