Se Young Kim entered the top 10.

On August 24 (local time), at the Mississauga Golf and Country Club (par 71, 6,661 yards) in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, Se Young Kim shot a 2-under-par 69 in the fourth round of the LPGA Tour CPKC Women's Open (total prize money of $2.75 million), moving up to a tie for 10th place at 6-under-par 278. This marks her fifth top-10 finish of the year, following a tie for third at last month's ISPS Handa Scottish Women's Open.

Starting from a tie for 20th, Kim recorded five birdies, one bogey, and one double bogey. She reduced three strokes on the front nine with birdies at holes 1, 5, and 8, and gained momentum with consecutive birdies on holes 10 and 11 on the back nine. However, it was disappointing that she made a double bogey on the 16th hole and a bogey on the 17th hole (both par 4s). Her average driving distance of 270 yards was a key strength.

Home course favorite Brooke Henderson (Canada) shot a 4-under-par 67 to win by one stroke at 15-under-par 269. This is her 14th career victory and her first since the 2023 Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions, earning her a winner's prize of $412,500 (about 570 million KRW). Henderson said, "It took a long time to achieve 14 wins," and added, "I'm so happy to win in front of my family and friends."

Minjee Lee finished second (14-under-par 270), Mao Saigo finished third (10-under-par 274), and Akie Iwai (both from Japan) finished fourth (10-under-par 274). Lydia Ko (New Zealand) tied for fifth (9-under-par 275), world No. 1 Atthaya Thitikul (Thailand) tied for seventh (8-under-par 276), and Nelly Korda (USA) tied for 10th. Among Korean players, Lee Somi tied for 15th (5-under-par 279), Lee Jeongeun5 tied for 20th (4-under-par 280), and Ko Jin-young tied for 27th (3-under-par 281).
