Gwangsan District in Gwangju announced on the 23rd that it will provide a "Disaster Response Notification Talk" service by integrating real-time weather information into its self-developed "Architectural Information Artificial Intelligence (AI) Platform."
The "Disaster Response Notification Talk" is a feature where AI collects and analyzes real-time weather information and automatically sends response guidelines and action procedures via text message (KakaoTalk) to construction site managers during disaster situations such as heat waves or typhoons. The service is expected to help strengthen on-site safety by providing information promptly not only during the day and night but also on weekends and holidays.
The "Architectural Information AI Platform," which has been in operation since June, was developed directly by the "Gwangsan District Architecture AI Club," consisting of Gwangsan District's architectural public officials, without a separate budget. Anyone can access the platform by entering "gwangsanaI.com" in the web browser's address bar, and by entering an address, users can visually check information such as zoning, building coverage ratio, and floor area ratio.
This platform also allows users to check the latest trends related to architectural regulations and to apply for online preliminary consultations regarding architectural civil complaints.
