Become the First Korean Electric Drug Injection Devices
to Obtain CE-MDR Certification

On August 22, Huons Meditech announced that its electric drug injection devices, "Dermashine Pro" and "Dermashine Balance," have obtained European Medical Device Regulation (CE-MDR) certification.
With this certification, Dermashine Pro and Dermashine Balance have demonstrated their safety and efficacy under the recently strengthened European CE-MDR regulations. These are the first electric drug injection devices from a Korean company to receive CE-MDR certification.
Dermashine is Huons Meditech's skin aesthetic medical device brand, featuring precise drug injection functions and a user-centered interface. It injects substances such as "Elravie Balance," a high-molecular-weight, high-concentration hyaluronic acid (HA) with moisturizing effects, across the entire face.
Dermashine Balance and Dermashine Pro, which received this certification, are next-generation products that build on the first-generation Dermashine released in 2011. They add features such as a pressure-sensing injection system and more detailed settings for injection volume and speed.
The company plans to enter the European market in earnest based on the CE-MDR certification of the Dermashine series. Starting with the European launch, it aims to establish itself as a global brand and expand its market to Asia, North America, and South America.
