Small Enterprise and Market Service Opens K-Brand Global Specialized Small Business Co-Working Space

The Small Enterprise and Market Service announced on the 22nd that it held an opening ceremony for the "K-Brand Global Specialized Small Business Co-Working Space" on the 21st at the 3rd floor of KB Kookmin Bank Yeonsu Central Branch, to support collaboration among small manufacturers of cosmetics and beauty devices in Incheon.

The opening of the K-Brand Global Specialized Small Business Co-Working Space (hereafter referred to as the Co-Working Space) is part of the "Business Agreement for Supporting and Enhancing the Competitiveness of Small Businesses in Incheon," which was signed between the Small Enterprise and Market Service and the city of Incheon in April. It was established based on cooperative efforts among the Small Enterprise and Market Service, Incheon Metropolitan City, and KB Kookmin Bank.

The opening ceremony was attended by Park Seonghyo, Chairman of the Small Enterprise and Market Service; Yoo Jeongbok, Mayor of Incheon; Seo Youngik, Head of Institutional Business Group (Vice President) of KB Kookmin Bank; as well as around 50 representatives from small business associations and organizations.

The Co-Working Space operated by the Small Enterprise and Market Service combines workspace, content, and community functions, and is designed to actively support the entrepreneurship, collaboration, and development of business leaders among small manufacturers of cosmetics and beauty devices based in Incheon.

Newly admitted small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs will have access to a variety of spaces including shared offices, a communication lounge, and seminar rooms. They will also receive support through specialized education programs and consulting services in areas such as business commercialization, attracting investment, and export support.

In addition, by establishing a cooperative system with large companies based in Incheon, the Co-Working Space aims to expand global market access through comprehensive support-from planning unique company brands, connecting sales channels, and supporting product development, to sharing know-how on overseas exports.

Chairman Park Seonghyo stated, "Incheon is a region with rapid growth and active small business support policies, which is why it was selected as the location for the Co-Working Space. Starting with Incheon's Co-Working Space, we will do our utmost to provide on-site, customized policies so that products made by small businesses can advance beyond the domestic market and into the global market."
