Daegu Happiness Promotion Agency (Chairman Bae Ki-chul) will host the "Youth-Work-Life Balance Company Employment Matching Festa" at the Daegu Citizen Sports Center on September 9, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., to support local youth in settling down and to connect outstanding talents with companies recognized for their work-life balance.
This Festa aims to raise awareness among local youth about the value of work-life balance systems and to directly connect job-seeking youth with excellent companies that practice work-life balance. Young participants will have the opportunity to explore high-quality jobs offered by these companies, while companies can discover and recruit future talent.
Thirty local companies recognized for their work-life balance will participate in the event, along with various youth-related organizations and employment support booths. Outstanding work-life balance companies such as Shinsin MNC Co., Ltd., Capec Valeo Co., Ltd., SSLM Co., Ltd., and CGF Co., Ltd. are currently recruiting candidates for pre-arranged interviews, while EXCO Co., Ltd., Pureun Broadcasting, Sangsin Brake Co., Ltd., and DS Group Co., Ltd. will provide on-site consultations and offer employment opportunities.
A special program, "Work-Life Balance Empathy Talk Show: Youth Job Talk," will feature company representatives and young employees sharing real-life cases of work-life balance support, exchanging honest opinions, and presenting a positive vision of workplace life for young people.
In addition, a special lecture by the YouTuber "Park Gomhee TV" on youth financial management and investment strategies will provide practical financial knowledge and asset-building strategies. Other booths will offer one-on-one employment consulting with professional consultants, professional ID photo shoots for job applications, and a career exploration tarot program to assist job seekers.
Bae Ki-chul, Chairman of Daegu Happiness Promotion Agency, stated, "I hope this Festa will help youth settle down and companies secure talent, serving as a turning point in addressing youth outflow and workforce mismatch issues," adding, "We will continue to contribute to the happiness of Daegu citizens by fostering a work-life balance culture in companies and supporting young people."
