Last year, the company conducted pilot operations in 10 English-speaking countries including the United States, the United Kingdom, and France. This year, it has expanded support to 17 languages, including Spanish, Portuguese, and Arabic, making the service available in over 120 countries.

By using the Home Appliance Remote Diagnosis service, users can receive professional diagnostics without having to describe the issue with their product. Problems can be resolved without an on-site visit, saving both time and costs. Products equipped with screens, such as the Family Hub refrigerator with a 32-inch screen, refrigerators and washing machines with AI home touchscreens, can also receive remote diagnostics through screen sharing.

Yoo Miyoung, Vice President of Samsung Electronics' DA Division, stated, "We will continue to strengthen the formula of 'AI appliances mean Samsung' and enhance customer satisfaction by offering differentiated products and services powered by AI."
