36 Teams to Compete in Team-Based Golf Tournament
Park Harim, Kim Minsu, An Sohyun, and Jung Taewoo Among Participants
The 2025 Volvik Condor Championship will kick off with the preliminary round held at Dongchon Country Club in Chungju, North Chungcheong Province, on August 24.
This is a team-based golf tournament that brings together both amateurs and professionals. A total of 144 participants will compete in 36 teams across four divisions: golf YouTuber group, influencer and celebrity group, lesson pro academy group, and amateur club group.
On September 7, the top four teams from each division that advance through the preliminaries will compete in the semifinals and finals at Dongchon Country Club to determine the champion. The winning team of each division will receive 5 million won in prize money and awards, while the runner-up team will receive 3 million won worth of prizes. All participants are required to use Volvik’s premium tour-grade urethane balls, Condor S3 and Condor S4, which are produced with 100% domestic technology.
Notable participants include Park Harim, who has 700,000 subscribers, GTOUR’s leading YouTuber Ha Giwon, Kim Minsu who plays both on the Korea Professional Golf Association (KPGA) Tour and G Tour, Asia’s long drive champion Hong Hyunjun, popular Korea Ladies Professional Golf Association (KLPGA) players An Sohyun and Moon Junghyun, singer Seo Ina, and actor Jung Taewoo.
