- First "I-Park" branded apartment complex in over two years since the initial phase
- One entire building features 144㎡ units... Upgraded offerings anticipated
HDC Hyundai Development Company's "Chuncheon Lake City 2nd I-Park," located in the Samcheon-dong area of Chuncheon, Gangwon Province, is scheduled to open its model house in August and officially begin sales. As this is the first "I-Park" branded apartment to be launched in about two years following the first phase, which recorded an average subscription competition rate of 27.75 to 1, strong interest from those who have been waiting to move in is expected.
"Chuncheon Lake City 2nd I-Park" will be supplied in the Samcheon-dong area of Chuncheon with three buildings, ranging from four basement levels to 29 above-ground floors, totaling 218 units. A notable feature is that, in addition to the highly popular standard unit type (exclusive area of 84㎡), one entire building will consist of large units (exclusive area of 144㎡).
Since the announcement of its upcoming sale, "Chuncheon Lake City 2nd I-Park" has been a hot topic among prospective buyers in Gangwon Province. According to community posts on a major portal site, dozens of posts and comments related to the sale of "Chuncheon Lake City 2nd I-Park" are uploaded daily, clearly demonstrating the high level of local interest in the project.
Local real estate industry experts agree that the supply of "Chuncheon Lake City 2nd I-Park," which Chuncheon residents have long awaited, is expected to fuel sales enthusiasm, especially as it may be the last new project launched in the city this year, highlighting its rarity.
In particular, as the second phase following the first, the project will form an "I-Park" brand town. "Chuncheon Lake City 2nd I-Park" is expected to carry on the reputation of its predecessor while proving the brand's value with upgraded features and quality.
