Korea Tourism Organization and Lee Dahye’s
Collaborative Travel Package Sells Out
The Korea Tourism Organization announced on the 19th that it has attracted over 150 Taiwanese tourists by launching a special Jeonbuk travel package featuring Korean cheerleader Lee Dahye, who is enjoying great popularity in Taiwan.
Lee Dahye is the first Korean cheerleader to advance overseas and is highly popular in Taiwan. In addition to her cheerleading activities, she has debuted as a singer and has been ranked as the No. 1 YouTube creator, earning widespread affection.
The Korea Tourism Organization stated that it planned a travel package to Jeonju, Jeonbuk-Lee Dahye’s hometown-and sold out the package through “Colla Tour,” the travel agency with the highest sales of Korean products in Taiwan.
On the 18th, more than 150 Taiwanese tourists visited Jeonju with Lee Dahye, enjoying a variety of travel programs such as making Jeonju Bibimbap, strolling through Jeonju Hanok Village in Hanbok, and participating in a treasure hunt mission. In Daeseung Hanjima Village, Wanju, a fan meeting was held, where participants learned baseball cheering moves and experienced traditional Korean games together.

On this day, North Jeolla Province appointed cheerleader Lee Dahye as an honorary ambassador for Jeonbuk tourism.
Hosoo Young, head of the Taipei branch of the Korea Tourism Organization, stated, “Through this travel package, we have clearly highlighted the appeal of regional tourism in Korea to the Taiwanese inbound tourism market,” and added, “We will continue to introduce various travel packages by combining specialized content with the unique attractions of each region.”
The Korea Tourism Organization launched its first K-cheerleader themed regional travel packages this year, and in July, introduced an ESG Busan travel package with cheerleader Lee Ahyoung. The organization announced plans to continue releasing K-cheerleader themed regional travel packages, including a gourmet tour package with a cheerleader next year.
