Daegu Urban Development Corporation (President Jung Myungsup) held its 37th anniversary ceremony on August 14 in the main auditorium of its headquarters in Buk-gu, Daegu, with all executives and employees in attendance.
At the event, the corporation hosted the '2030 Digital Transformation (DX) Proclamation Ceremony' and expressed its commitment to business innovation based on new technologies and to achieving customer satisfaction, with the goal of building a safe and livable city founded on digital infrastructure.

Digital transformation is a strategy that leverages advanced technologies such as IoT, AI, and cloud computing to innovate business models. The corporation has already enhanced citizen convenience through a variety of digital-based services, including a complete overhaul of its main website, the establishment of a rental housing application center, and the introduction of a residential welfare facility management system.
In addition, the corporation is accelerating innovation in its work processes by implementing digital initiatives such as IoT-AI integrated remote metering and solitary death prevention systems, a mobile office, and robotic process automation (RPA).
President Jung Myungsup stated, "We will continue to take the lead in realizing digital-based management that enables customers to use our services more conveniently," and added, "Just as we have done over the past 37 years, we will do our utmost to fulfill our role and responsibility for the development of Daegu and the betterment of citizens' lives, including the construction of Daegu Grand Park Apartments, the development of the Second Suseong Alpha City, and the creation of the Second National Industrial Complex."
