The Busan Branch of the Korea Special Mission Meritorious Veterans Association (Branch Chief Kim Seokjong) held the "80th Anniversary of Liberation Ceremony and Independence Activists Photo Exhibition" at Yongdusan Park in Busan on August 15.

During the event, photographs of independence patriots and calligraphy works by Ahn Jung-geun were exhibited, allowing citizens to directly experience the historical significance. In addition, commemorative fans marking the 80th anniversary of liberation and promotional materials featuring Ahn Jung-geun's quotes were distributed, providing an opportunity to promote a culture of patriotism and honor for national merit.
Kim Seokjong, the branch chief, stated, "In commemoration of the meaningful 80th anniversary of liberation, we organized this event to honor the sacrifice and dedication of our forebears together with the citizens," and added, "We will continue to carry out various activities that allow us to remember and practice the spirit of patriotism."
