Doosan Construction is set to begin sales of "Doosan We’ve The Central Dohwa" in the Dohwa-dong area of Michuhol-gu, Incheon at the end of this month.
This complex will be built at 53-28 Dohwa-dong, Michuhol-gu, Incheon, and will consist of seven buildings with two basement levels and up to 39 floors above ground. It will offer a total of 660 residential units with exclusive floor areas ranging from 39 to 123 square meters. Of these, 412 units will be available for general sale. The general sale units will primarily feature small to medium-sized layouts of 59, 74, and 84 square meters, which are highly preferred by actual homebuyers.
The complex will include a variety of community facilities, such as a sky lounge that enhances the prestige of the landmark apartments, storage spaces, a guesthouse, and a fitness center.
"Doosan We’ve The Central Dohwa" is located in Incheon’s original downtown area, which is well-equipped with living infrastructure, allowing residents to enjoy both convenient transportation and an excellent residential environment. By using Dohwa Station on Line 1, residents can travel directly to major areas in Seoul such as Guro, Yongsan, Seoul Station, and Jongno without transfers. By transferring to the express commuter train at Juan Station, it takes about 35 minutes to reach Yongsan Station. The Juan National Industrial Complex Station on Incheon Subway Line 2 provides convenient access to the city center and southwestern areas of Incheon. In the future, the opening of the GTX-B line will further enhance regional accessibility via Incheon City Hall Station.
The complex is also close to the Gyeongin Expressway and the Second Capital Region Ring Expressway, making it easy to reach Mok-dong, Yeouido, and City Hall in Seoul via Dohwa and Gajwa interchanges. Additionally, access to Siheung and Ansan is convenient using the Second Gyeongin Expressway and National Route 42. The area also boasts excellent proximity to workplaces, with major companies such as Hyundai Steel, Dongkuk Steel, and Hyundai Infracore nearby, as well as strong demand from surrounding industrial complexes including Incheon Machinery Industrial Complex, Incheon Local Industrial Complex, and Juan National Industrial Complex.
Nearby educational institutions include Seohwa Elementary School, Incheon Daehwa Elementary School, Inhwa Girls’ Middle School, Seonin Middle School, and Seonin High School. Cheongwoon University’s Incheon campus is also within walking distance. The complex is adjacent to Ssukgol Children’s Park and the Children’s Traffic Park. Furthermore, large supermarkets such as Emart Traders and Homeplus, as well as medical facilities like Incheon Metropolitan City Medical Center and Incheon Baik Hospital, are nearby. Residents will also have access to a wide range of leisure options, including Alleyway Incheon, CGV, and other cultural facilities.
Recently, the Dohwa-dong area in Incheon has seen the acceleration of various development projects, including redevelopment initiatives. Last month, Incheon Urban Corporation introduced the REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts) model for the first time in Korea for the Jemulpo Station North Urban Public Housing Complex Project. This project aims to build 13 public housing buildings and five neighborhood living facilities, with completion targeted for 2031.
The Incheon Machinery Industrial Complex and Incheon Local Industrial Complex, both selected for the Old Industrial Complex Regeneration Project, will receive a total investment of 27.2 billion won for regeneration by 2028. Bupyeong and Juan National Industrial Complexes are also set to be transformed into demonstration complexes for artificial intelligence conversion. Incheon City plans to promote various projects, including innovation of AI-based manufacturing processes and the establishment of a virtual factory demonstration platform, with 14 billion won in government funding to be provided by 2028.
A representative from the sales team stated, "As industrial and residential development progresses in this well-established downtown area, expectations for future value are rising. Given the high level of interest even before sales have begun, we will do our utmost to ensure that 'Doosan We’ve The Central Dohwa' becomes a landmark representing the region."
