Equipped with Power Tailgate and Multi-Zone Voice Recognition
Bold Look with Black Emblem on 'X-Line'
On August 18, Kia announced the launch and start of sales for the refreshed model, "The 2026 Carnival," which enhances product competitiveness by expanding the application of customer-preferred convenience features.
The 2026 Carnival comes standard in the base Prestige trim with a smart power tailgate and an electronic rearview mirror, improving customer convenience.
The popular Noblesse trim now includes multi-zone voice recognition, Kia Digital Key 2, and a touch-type outside door handle (first row) as standard features. The higher Signature trim is equipped with LED rear combination lamps and rear LED turn signal lamps, giving the exterior a more premium look.
The multi-zone voice recognition system recognizes the location of the speaker in each seat (left and right, first and second rows), and is combined with the wake-up command "Hey, Kia" for greater ease of use. Independent feedback is possible for each seat, making this feature especially well-suited for family recreational vehicles (RVs).
Additionally, Kia has renamed the design-focused "Gravity" trim to "X-Line," and added a black color-exclusive emblem and dark gray color-exclusive wheel caps. From the Signature trim upward, a Bose premium sound system is now available as an option.
The Carnival is offered with two powertrains-3.5 gasoline and 1.6 turbo hybrid-to reflect changing market conditions and customer needs.
For the 9-seater, prices (reflecting a 3.5% individual consumption tax) are as follows: 3.5 gasoline-Prestige at 36,360,000 won, Noblesse at 40,710,000 won, Signature at 44,260,000 won, and X-Line at 45,020,000 won; 1.6 turbo hybrid-Prestige at 40,910,000 won, Noblesse at 45,260,000 won, Signature at 48,810,000 won, and X-Line at 49,570,000 won.
For the 7-seater, prices are: 3.5 gasoline-Noblesse at 42,650,000 won, Signature at 46,370,000 won, and X-Line at 46,890,000 won; 1.6 turbo hybrid-Noblesse at 47,080,000 won, Signature at 50,800,000 won, and X-Line at 51,320,000 won.
A Kia representative stated, "The Carnival has evolved in line with changes in customers' lifestyles as Korea's representative recreational vehicle. Through enhanced product features and a more luxurious design, we aim to deliver differentiated value to our customers."
