Yeosu City announced on the 16th that it has designated the period until the 22nd as the "Key Promotion Period for Livelihood Recovery Coupon Consumption" and conducted a joint public-private campaign to encourage consumption around Ssangbong Market on the 13th.


Approximately 70 participants, including public officials, members of the Small Business Association, the Merchants Association, and the Yeosu branch of the Korean Women's Association, took part in the campaign. They visited stores around Ssangbong Market in Yeosu City, encouraged citizens and merchants to use the consumption coupons, and listened to the merchants' concerns.


The participants emphasized that "the consumption coupons serve as a catalyst for the recovery and growth of the local economy," and urged everyone to apply for and actively use the coupons to revitalize the regional economy.


During this promotion period, Yeosu City plans to have public officials and consumer groups take the lead in creating a local consumption atmosphere. The city will also actively encourage all departments, related organizations, and local community groups to participate in the early use and consumption campaign, aiming to further spread the momentum for increased consumption.
