Hwaseong City in Gyeonggi Province announced on August 14 that it is accepting applications on a first-come, first-served basis for the 3rd and 4th cohorts of its "Retired Workforce Capacity Building Support Program," which aims to help retirees re-enter society and prepare for their later years.
The 3rd session will be held from September 15 to 18, and the 4th session will take place from September 22 to 25. The training will be conducted at Hwaseong Citizen University, located at 212 Hyohang-ro, Bongdam-eup.
The program is open to Hwaseong residents aged 45 to 64 who are currently unemployed. Each cohort will accept 15 participants on a first-come, first-served basis, and successful applicants will be notified individually.
The curriculum includes: ▲Living an active middle age ▲How to write job applications and resumes ▲Self-understanding through MBTI personality type testing ▲Financial planning and labor education for a prosperous retirement.
