On August 13, Hyosung Group announced that its pump solution subsidiary, Hyosung Goodsprings, will participate in the "2025 Data Center Korea" event held at the aT Center in Seocho-gu, Seoul.

"2025 Data Center Korea" is the first specialized data center exhibition in the country, hosted by the Data Center Technology Committee of the Korea Facilities Engineering Association. The exhibition features products covering the entire industry, including systems, equipment, and management. The event will run for two days, from August 13 to 14.

With the growth of the artificial intelligence (AI) industry and the spread of high-performance IT infrastructure, demand for high-efficiency and eco-friendly equipment is increasing. In response, Hyosung Goodsprings is unveiling a total of three products: a sensorless inline pump, a dry drainage package, and a fire pump package.

The flagship product, the sensorless inline pump, is recognized as a domestically developed technology optimized for data centers, as it reduces energy consumption by up to 75% compared to conventional valve control methods.

This pump, designed and manufactured by Hyosung’s domestic engineers using Korean-made components, features an integrated inverter structure that reduces installation space and costs. It also enables easy maintenance and rapid technical support, making it a solution that delivers both operational efficiency and stability.

In particular, as a product independently developed by Hyosung Goodsprings’ domestic engineering team, it achieves "technology localization" and, at the same time, reduces dependence on overseas technologies, thereby strengthening the competitiveness of related domestic technologies.

Cooling systems are essential for data centers to dissipate heat generated by servers. Hyosung Goodsprings enhances development stability and sustainability with pump solutions tailored for this purpose, and these solutions can be applied to a wide range of fields, including building and industrial uses. The integrated inverter structure and sensorless control technology minimize energy loss and maximize operational efficiency, positioning these products as high-efficiency equipment in the market.

On-site demonstrations include the sensorless inline pump and the dry drainage package system. These demonstrations showcase the operating principles and performance of the products in real-world conditions, allowing visitors to directly experience the high-efficiency technology.

Kim Taehyung, CEO of Hyosung Goodsprings, stated, "As AI- and cloud-based industries advance, cooling technology is no longer just a simple facility but a core factor that determines the performance and sustainability of data centers. Based on over 60 years of pump technology and expertise, Hyosung Goodsprings will continue to develop high-efficiency, eco-friendly solutions to meet the needs of future industries."
