Supporting Analysis of Visitor Flow and Purchase Conversion Rates
Meiai announced on August 13 that it has signed a supply contract with Infludio for its store analysis artificial intelligence (AI) solution 'mAsh', and will provide services to 'PocaSpot', a K-pop idol photo card exhibition and trading space.
Under this contract, Meiai will supply mAsh to all PocaSpot locations, measuring metrics such as foot traffic in front of stores, number of visitors, and visitor demographics including gender and age group. Based on the collected data, the company plans to analyze the customer journey from visit to payment, assess conversion rates at each stage, and support the development of store operation strategies tailored to the characteristics of visitors at each location.

PocaSpot is currently utilizing a customized dashboard through Meiai's web-based dashboard 'mAsh Board', comprehensively managing store performance indicators such as the causes of sales fluctuations. Prior to the official contract, Meiai measured kiosk purchase conversion rates based on movement data from customers who visited the first and second floors of the Myeongdong PocaSpot branch over a three-month period. Going forward, the company plans to further refine its store operation strategies by analyzing data from customer satisfaction spaces on the third floor, such as the Unboxing Zone and the Poca Decoration Zone.
Kim Chankyu, CEO of Meiai, stated, "I was impressed by the process of analyzing the purchase journey by area for both domestic and international visitors and measuring conversion rates at each stage to identify specific areas for improvement. We will actively support Infludio in enhancing the efficiency of its store operations."
