The Gyeonggi-do Economic Science Promotion Agency is holding the "Dreams on the Drawing Paper" exhibition in the lobby of the Pangyo Global R&D Center until the 11th of next month, showcasing artworks created by artists with developmental disabilities using an artificial intelligence (AI) platform.
This exhibition was organized with the aim of enhancing the quality of the space by reinterpreting idle areas as cultural and artistic venues, while also introducing the works of artists with developmental disabilities who have fewer opportunities for artistic expression. The exhibition seeks to simultaneously promote awareness of disabilities and highlight the value of technological convergence.
Co-hosted by the Gyeonggi-do Economic Science Promotion Agency and the Suwon Hongjae Daycare Center for the Disabled, the exhibition features 13 artists with developmental disabilities affiliated with the center.

In particular, an opening event was held under the theme "Meeting on the Drawing Paper," attended by about 20 people, including the artists, their guardians, and institutional representatives. The event featured an explanation of the exhibition's purpose, an introduction of the featured artists, a tour of the exhibition, and networking time, fostering communication and empathy among participants.
Lee Junwoo, Director of the Technovalley Innovation Division at the Gyeonggi-do Economic Science Promotion Agency, stated, "This exhibition was a meaningful occasion where art, technology, and inclusion came together. We will continue to fulfill our role as a public institution that fosters empathy among residents and businesses through various cultural programs that realize social value."
