This service allows residents to report inconveniences in daily life, such as electrical or water supply failures, with a single phone call. Cheongsong County then visits the site directly to resolve the issue quickly.

By processing complaints rapidly without complicated administrative procedures, the county minimizes inconvenience for residents.

In the first half of this year, the 8282 Civil Complaint Service was used a total of 3,460 times, an increase of 100 cases compared to the same period last year (3,360 cases). The county explained that the increased awareness of the service is due to ongoing efforts to improve convenience for complainants, and noted that it has received particularly positive feedback from elderly residents.

Cheongsong County is also expanding this service to residents of temporary housing (modular housing) provided for wildfire victims. This measure aims to proactively address various inconveniences that may arise in daily life and support residents' convenience, ensuring that all county residents can receive administrative services equitably.

The county is pursuing multifaceted support for wildfire victims, including inspections of electricity and water supply, improvements to residential environments, and handling of civil complaints, to help them restore their daily lives stably.

Yoon Kyunghee, County Governor, stated, "Even simple complaints can cause significant inconvenience to our residents," and added, "We will continue to devote our utmost effort to every complaint and realize an administration that residents can truly feel."
