On-site Consultations Held in Eight Regions
Gangseo-gu, Seoul (District Mayor Jin Kyohun) will operate the "Visiting One-stop Financial and Business Clinic" from August 12 to September 9, 2025. Residents can conveniently receive comprehensive consultations in one place, including low-interest loan counseling, startup location analysis, and sales improvement strategies.
The clinic is divided into eight regions so that residents who are busy with their livelihoods can receive consultations near their homes or workplaces without having to travel long distances. The consultation areas include SME development fund loans, self-employed business clinics, and startup consulting.
The SME development fund loan is a low-interest loan support program for small and medium-sized enterprises and small business owners. The process has been simplified so that, upon submission of documents such as a business registration certificate and lease agreement, applications can be accepted on-site. The self-employed business clinic provides a wide range of on-site consulting covering products, services, and labor management across all areas of business operations.
Startup consulting supports location analysis and sales improvement strategies for prospective entrepreneurs and small business owners within three years of starting their business. In addition, consultations are available for employment and industrial accident insurance premium support, export consultation meetings, and designation as a "Good Price Store."
Consultations will be held at eight locations, including the Seoul Startup M Plus Center and the Gangseo-gu Lifelong Learning Center. Each region will host one session, for a total of eight sessions, with consultations running sequentially from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Anyone preparing to start a business, as well as small enterprises and small business owners with business locations in Gangseo-gu, can participate. This program has been organized in cooperation with the Seoul Credit Guarantee Foundation and Woori Bank.
Jin Kyohun, Mayor of Gangseo-gu, stated, "I hope this visiting clinic will be of some help to small business owners who have found it difficult to access consultation opportunities due to their busy livelihoods," and added, "We will continue to develop various support policies for businesses and small business owners in the future."
