Dongwon Development to Launch Sales of "The Park Vista Dongwon" in Busan in September

The First Private Park Special Project in Western Busan
All 852 Units Feature 84m² Exclusive Area

Dongwon Development will begin sales of "The Park Vista Dongwon" in Sasang-gu, Busan next month. This complex is being built as the first private park special project in western Busan.

"The Park Vista Dongwon" will consist of 10 buildings ranging from 5 basement levels to 25 floors above ground, with a total of 852 units. All units are 84 square meters in exclusive area, a size highly preferred by actual homebuyers. Move-in is scheduled for October 2028.


The number of units by type is as follows: 552 units of 84㎡A, 143 units of 84㎡B, 135 units of 84㎡C, and 22 units of 84㎡T. In particular, the 84㎡T type features an open terrace design, allowing residents to enjoy expansive views and close proximity to the nature of Sasang Park.


Sasang Park, located right next to the complex, covers an area of 623,118 square meters (approximately 187,000 pyeong). This is equivalent to about 90 soccer fields. The park will be organized into three themed areas: "Punggyeongnuri" for interacting with nature, "Hwallyeoknuri" as a space for ecological restoration, and "Mujigaenuri" as a natural and cultural area.


Sasang Park will also include a forest experience education center, a playground and walking trails for pets, among other facilities. The city of Busan and private entities are investing significant funds, and the development plan is now in full swing. The park is being created as a multi-purpose space that goes beyond simple green areas to combine culture, relaxation, and experiential activities.


The Park Vista Dongwon is situated with Baegyangsan Mountain at its back and facing the Nakdong River, offering a prime location with both mountain and river views. Gamjeon Station on Busan Subway Line 2 is within walking distance, and the complex is also close to Sasang Station, which provides access to Line 2, the Busan-Gimhae Light Rail Transit, and the Gyeongbu Line, as well as the Busan West Bus Terminal and Gimhae International Airport.


Major transportation infrastructure projects are actively underway around the complex, including the planned Bujeon-Masan double-track railway, Sasang-Haeundae underground expressway, Sasang-Hadan urban railway, the planned road from Bukbusan Tax Office to Baekyang-ro, and the planned Eomgung Bridge and Daejeo Bridge. These developments are expected to further improve the transportation network.


The "Gwaenae Village to Sasang Park Pedestrian Environment Improvement Project," which began construction in January and is scheduled for completion in 2026, will make access to transportation even more convenient. The installation of an elevated walkway, dedicated overpass, and elevators will improve accessibility from the complex to Sasang Station, Busan West Bus Terminal, and the planned Bujeon-Masan double-track railway.


For educational facilities, Gamjeon Elementary School and Jugam Middle School are located nearby. Additionally, within a 2-kilometer radius, residents will find various lifestyle amenities such as Homeplus, Emart, Megabox, the Sasang Station commercial district, Sasang District Office, Busan Veterans Hospital, and Good Samsun Hospital.


The "Sasang Dream Smart City" urban regeneration project, which aims to redevelop the aging Sasang Industrial Complex, is also underway. Major development projects in this area include the Western Busan Administrative Complex Town (the second city hall), the Industrial Complex Imagination Hub, the Digital Enterprise Support Complex Center, and the Samrak-dong Regional Industry Innovation Hub.


Dongwon Development, the builder of "The Park Vista Dongwon," ranked first in construction capability evaluation in the Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam regions in 2025. Since its founding in 1975, Dongwon Development has supplied more than 86,000 homes nationwide over the past 50 years and has received AAA or higher credit ratings from various credit and financial institutions.


A sales representative stated, "Unlike typical complexes near parks, The Park Vista Dongwon is directly connected to the park, offering exceptional residential comfort," adding, "Among Busan's private park special projects, this is one of the largest, drawing significant attention even before its launch."
