On August 5, Democratic Party of Korea lawmaker Noh Jongmyeon is conducting an unlimited debate (filibuster) in the National Assembly plenary session regarding the introduction of the "Three Broadcasting Laws" (the amendments to the Broadcasting Act, the Foundation for Broadcast Culture Act, and the Korea Educational Broadcasting System Act).
