Guri Galmae Newlywed Hope Town: 1,182 Units

Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) announced on August 5 that it will newly supply a total of 2,357 housing units in the Guri Galmae Station area and Namyangju Jinjeop 2 district. This supply consists of Newlywed Hope Town and public sale units. Applications will begin on August 11.

In the Guri Galmae Station A-1 block, a total of 1,182 Newlywed Hope Town units will be supplied, including 285 units of 46 square meters and 897 units of 55 square meters. Of the total 1,791 units, the remaining 609 units will later be supplied as Happy Housing. In the Namyangju Jinjeop 2 district, 920 public sale units will be provided in the A-1 block, including 359 units of 51 square meters and 561 units of 59 square meters. In the A-4 block, 255 Newlywed Hope Town units of 55 square meters will be supplied.
The supply prices have been set at reasonable levels compared to surrounding market prices. For Guri Galmae A-1 block, the average price for the 46 square meter type is in the 410 million won range, and for the 55 square meter type, in the 490 million won range. A resale restriction of three years and a three-year mandatory residency requirement will each be applied. For Namyangju Jinjeop 2 A-1 block, the 51 square meter units are priced between 350 million and 370 million won, and the 59 square meter units between 400 million and 430 million won. The A-4 block units will be supplied in the 350 million to 380 million won range.
Move-in is scheduled by block as follows: Namyangju Jinjeop 2 A-4 block in April 2028, A-1 block in July 2028, and Guri Galmae A-1 block in September 2028. The application schedule varies by block. For Guri Galmae A-1 block, pre-applications will be accepted from August 11 to 12, followed by new applications from August 13 to 14. The winners will be announced on August 25. For Namyangju Jinjeop 2 A-1 block, pre-applications will be accepted from August 11 to 12, special supply applications from August 13 to 14, and general supply applications from August 18 to 19, with winners announced on August 28. For the A-4 block, applications will be accepted from August 13 to 14, and winners will be announced on August 29.
