Actor Jung Woosung is rumored to have registered his marriage with his girlfriend.
According to the entertainment industry on August 5, Jung Woosung is reported to have recently completed marriage registration with his girlfriend. Regarding this, his agency, Artist Company, stated, "As this concerns a private matter, we cannot provide an official company statement," and added, "We ask that you refrain from excessive interest and speculation."
In November of last year, it was revealed that Jung Woosung was the biological father of a son born to model Moon Gabi, placing him at the center of controversy. At the time, Moon Gabi stated through social media, "(The birth) was a decision made by both parents," and clarified that she had never demanded marriage from Jung Woosung.
Around that time, reports emerged that Jung Woosung was dating a non-celebrity girlfriend, and photos of him with a woman were circulated online. Even then, his agency commented, "It is a personal matter," and refrained from further statements.
After the controversy arose, Jung Woosung stated on stage at the Blue Dragon Film Awards, "I will take all criticism and bear it. As a father, I will fulfill my responsibilities to my son to the very end."
