Revitalizing the Agricultural Products Wholesale Market
Eligible applicants must have both their resident registration and business location in Jeongeup City and must not have any disqualifications under the Act on Distribution and Price Stabilization of Agricultural and Fishery Products.
Selection will be conducted through a document review, comprehensively evaluating overall qualifications such as business experience, distribution capability, financial capacity, and business plans. Priority will be given to distributors who demonstrate both strong commitment and experience for the development of the wholesale market.
The recruitment notice for the new intermediate wholesaler can be found in the announcements section of the city hall website. Applicants must prepare the required documents and submit them in person at the agricultural products wholesale market management office between August 11 and August 14, 2025.
A Jeongeup City official stated, "We are looking forward to the participation of distributors with expertise and passion to establish a stable distribution base for local agricultural products, including dried red pepper," and added, "Strengthening the competitiveness of the wholesale market will directly lead to greater vitality in the local economy, so we hope for much interest and support."
