On August 4, Maeil Dairies announced the launch of two new carbonated beverages under the name 'Picnic Chill Zero'.
'Picnic Chill Zero' is the first carbonated drink introduced by the popular beverage brand 'Picnic', which made its debut in 1984 and is now celebrating its 41st anniversary this year. The products are available in two flavors: lemon-lime and orange. Each product comes in a 350ml size.
Maeil Dairies will hold a promotion through 'Naver New Product Week' until August 10, offering discounts of up to 48% and limited edition merchandise. To commemorate the product launch, the '7777 Lucky Draw Event' will also run until August 31. The event name '7777' combines the product name 'Chill' with the pronunciation of the number 7, symbolizing both a cooling sensation and good luck. During the event period, every customer who purchases the product from the official Naver store will receive a scratch-off lucky ticket with a guaranteed prize.
The prizes for the lucky draw include: First prize, LG StanbyME 2 (1 winner); Second prize, Picnic and Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro case (20 winners); Third prize, Picnic tumbler (100 winners); Fourth prize, one box of Picnic Chill Zero (100 winners); Fifth prize, 500 won Naver Points (7,556 winners).
Meanwhile, Maeil Dairies relaunched the 'Picnic Cheondo Peach' product, which had been discontinued earlier this year, through convenience store channels, surpassing 2 million packs sold within four months.
