This recruitment will apply a blind hiring process, excluding the applicant's gender, academic background, and age, and will evaluate only the applicant's job competency. The Fair Recruitment Verification Committee will ensure transparency throughout the entire recruitment process.

In particular, the focus will be on discovering talent that aligns with the agency's core mission of solving social problems through digital technology.

The recruitment briefings will be held on August 4 at the Seoul office and on August 7 at the Daegu headquarters. Each event will run from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and will include job consultations with current employees.

Hwang Jongseong, the president of the agency, stated, "With the launch of the new government, we aim to select key talent for the AI transformation necessary to build one of the world's top three AI nations through this recruitment." He added, "By fostering an organizational culture where outstanding talent can continuously grow, we will set the direction for a digital Korea."
