In particular, some areas in Busan, the southern coast of Gyeongnam, and near Jirisan Mountain may see heavy rainfall exceeding 250 mm over the three-day period.

Additionally, from the night of August 3 to the morning of August 4, heavy rain of 50 to 80 mm is expected in the Seoul metropolitan area, Chungnam, Jeonbuk, the southern coast of Jeonnam, and near Jirisan Mountain.

The Korea Meteorological Administration has advised the public to avoid using riverside walking paths and underpasses, and to be especially cautious of flooding in low-lying areas, as heavy rain in a short period may cause sudden rises in river water levels.

Morning low temperatures are forecast to range from 23 to 27 degrees Celsius, and daytime highs from 29 to 34 degrees Celsius.

With humid and hot weather continuing, the maximum perceived temperature is expected to reach around 33 degrees Celsius for the time being, resulting in very hot conditions.

Sea waves are expected to reach 0.5 to 3.0 meters in the coastal waters of the East Sea, West Sea, and South Sea.

In the offshore areas (up to about 200 km from the coastline), wave heights are expected to be 0.5 to 3.5 meters in the East Sea, 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the West Sea, and 1.5 to 3.5 meters in the South Sea.
