The Gyeonggi Job Foundation will hold a total of 27 job fairs in the second half of this year to support reemployment for middle-aged and older adults in the province.
The Job Foundation announced on August 3 that it will organize the "2025 Gyeonggi 5070 Job Fair (Gyeonggi 5070 Gray it-job tour)" as a customized employment-linked event for people in their 50s to 70s. The fair will tour 31 cities and counties in the province from July to November, with a total of 27 events planned.
This job fair will feature a recruitment hall where job seekers can meet directly with corporate HR managers, as well as various supplementary programs such as resume consulting, job experience zones, and information on government employment policies. Additionally, programs to improve the image of middle-aged job seekers, such as personal color diagnosis and interview makeup, will be provided.

The Job Foundation previously held a job fair for the southern region at Suwon Messe on July 9. At that event, 70 companies participated on-site, attracting 4,832 visitors and resulting in 1,868 interviews. Active on-site interviews also took place in Seongnam (July 15, 538 participants, 279 interviews) and Uiwang (July 18, 455 participants, 380 interviews). At the Paju job fair on July 30, 429 people attended and 243 interviews were conducted.
Yoon Deokryong, CEO of the Job Foundation, stated, "The '5070 Job Fair' is significant in that it provides middle-aged and older adults with on-site interview opportunities for jobs that utilize their expertise and experience, as well as continuous follow-up support." He added, "We will further strengthen field-oriented support so that Gyeonggi Province's employment policies can bring about real change for the middle-aged and older population."
