This recruitment will select a total of 144 people across three fields. The program period is from September 8 to December 12. Selected participants will be assigned to roles closely related to citizens' daily lives, such as environmental maintenance in parks, management and operation of the Miracle Playground, and support for public institution operations.

Eligibility is limited to citizens aged 18 to 69 who reside in Jeongeup, are members of households with an income at or below 75% of the median, and have total assets of 400 million won or less. Selection will be based on a comprehensive review of income, assets, number of dependents, and previous participation in similar programs.

Working conditions are as follows: those aged 60 or younger will work 30 hours per week, while those aged 61 or older will work 15 hours per week. Enrollment in the four major social insurances is mandatory. Wages will be calculated based on the government minimum wage, with additional payments for weekly and monthly leave as well as incidental expenses.

Citizens wishing to participate should visit their local Eup, Myeon, or Dong Administrative Welfare Center with the required documents, including an ID card, the seal of household members listed on the resident registration, and a job registration confirmation.

Mayor Lee Haksoo stated, "Through the Mutual Growth Job Program, we aim to serve as a valuable link that fills the gaps in local employment," adding, "We will continue to discover and support a variety of jobs so that even more citizens can participate in the future."
