The Busan Metropolitan Office of Education (Superintendent Kim Seokjun) announced on the 1st that it conducted an integrity training session for all employees at the main auditorium of the Office of Education on the 31st. This training was organized to strengthen ethical awareness of integrity in the public sector and to foster a trustworthy organizational culture.
The lecture was led by Moon Yanggeun, a certified instructor registered with the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission’s Integrity Training Institute, under the theme "Thinking Together About Integrity." He explained the values of integrity that public officials should uphold, practical ways to implement them, and the importance of communication and trust within an organization, using real-life examples. He also emphasized methods for resolving conflicts and promoting transparent and fair work practices, which received a positive response.
Superintendent Kim Seokjun urged, "I hope that every employee will make integrity their top priority and help create an organizational culture based on respect and communication."
The Busan Metropolitan Office of Education plans to continue promoting various integrity education programs and communication policies to establish a culture of integrity in the public sector and enhance public trust.
