NHN Opens Entry-Level and Experienced Recruitment for Game Division; Applications Accepted Until August 17

The company aims to secure talent who will share in NHN's growth vision and to strengthen its game business as it prepares to launch new titles and expand globally.

The recruitment targets individuals who can excel in various genres such as web board, casual, mid-core, and subculture games. Large-scale hiring will take place across all game-related fields, including development, planning, art, and business. NHN is focusing on securing key talent to lead the enhancement of its game business portfolio, and stated that anyone passionate about game production is welcome to apply.

Applications can be submitted until August 17 through the NHN Careers website dedicated to game recruitment. Applicants can check main positions and the application process in the top menu, and get a sense of the working environment through YouTube content revealing inside stories from NHN’s game business division. A recruitment briefing session will be held at 8 p.m. on August 6. Pre-submitted questions will be answered, providing an opportunity for real-time communication with current employees.

Entry-level applicants will go through document screening and interviews, with employment starting in October. For development positions, a separate pre-test will be conducted. Experienced professionals will join sequentially based on the results of the selection process.

Kim Sangho, head of NHN’s game business division, stated, "Open recruitment is an important process for discovering talent who will help shape the future game market, and we are the only company in the industry to conduct it annually," adding, "We look forward to many applications from talented individuals ready to create a new tomorrow on the global stage."

By next year, NHN plans to launch more than nine new games across various genres, including the Japanese subculture title 'Abyssdia', a puzzle game based on the 'Oshi no Ko' intellectual property (IP), and the zombie apocalypse game 'Darkest Days'.
