Strengthening Practical, Field-Oriented Education Expected
The Department of Football at Tongmyong University signed a business agreement with the sports brand Pararela (Must Have Sports) on July 29, 2025, to promote the development of the sports industry and foster outstanding talent.

The two organizations agreed to share human and material resources in order to organically connect education with the sports industry field. They will work together to cultivate creative professionals and practical talent who will lead both the national and regional sports industries.
The areas of cooperation include: joint use of infrastructure and professional personnel; student field training and career linkage; development and marketing of collaborative brand products; and operation of joint programs.
Lee Myunghwan, CEO of Pararela, stated, "This is an important opportunity to jointly advance the regional sports industry and foster talent," and added, "We will create meaningful outcomes together with the students."
Jin Daekeun, head of the Department of Football at Tongmyong University, emphasized, "We will provide students with broader opportunities for growth by strengthening field-oriented education and industry linkage," and added, "We aim to create an effective educational ecosystem."
This agreement is expected to serve as a significant turning point for strengthening practical, field-oriented education and connecting with the regional sports industry, which are key objectives of the Department of Football at Tongmyong University.
