Kolmar Holdings announced on the 31st that Kolmar Group Chairman Yoon Donghan has filed a lawsuit with the Daejeon District Court seeking permission to convene a shareholders' meeting against the company. Chairman Yoon requested an extraordinary shareholders' meeting to vote on an agenda item to appoint himself and Yoon Yeowon, CEO of Kolmar BNH, as inside directors of Kolmar Holdings. The company stated, "We plan to respond according to legal procedures."
