At the 'Freedom Conservative YouTube Alliance Debate' jointly hosted by Jeon Hangil, Ko Sungguk, Sung Changkyung, and Kang Yongseok, Jang stated, "I believe that those who do not unite and fight in a single line against the Democratic Party and the Lee Jaemyung administration have no reason to remain in our party."

Regarding 'Yoon Again,' Jang explained, "The spirit of firmly upholding liberal democracy has become more prominent since the period of martial law," and added, "If I become the party leader, I will firmly pursue this aspect of the 'Yoon Again' stance."

He continued, "Some say we should completely sever ties with former President Yoon Sukyeol, but I do not understand what more there is to sever," and emphasized, "If there is any illegality or unfairness during the trial process, as party leader, I will make my position clear."

He particularly said, "Although visits to former President Yoon are currently not allowed, if I become the party leader and visits are permitted at an appropriate time, I will visit him as the party leader."

Jang also stated, "Martial law itself is not necessarily treason," and added, "Even if emergency martial law is unbalanced in terms of means and methods, it does not automatically warrant impeachment, and emergency martial law itself is not treason. If I become the party leader, I will break dogmas and confront challenges head-on."

Targeting the party's reformist members, Ahn Cheolsoo and Cho Kyungtae, he pointed out, "They have always taken the opposite stance when the party was in difficulty," and commented, "If parliamentary law takes precedence over party policy, they should leave the party and continue to act according to their convictions."

Regarding suspicions of election fraud raised by some, he said, "If I become the party leader, I will create a public forum for thorough debate," and explained, "I will abolish the early voting system, extend the main voting period, and improve the system so that votes are counted by hand at polling stations."
