The agreement was made to link local tourism resources with educational resources, expand the resident population within the region, and discover field-oriented sustainable tourism content. Through this agreement, the two institutions plan to cooperate in establishing a foundation for expanding the living population through tourism.
The main points of the agreement include: ▲ Linking Mokwon University's major, liberal arts, and extracurricular programs with Anseong City's living population programs ▲ Supporting youth activities such as work experience, career exploration, and regional development projects ▲ Mutual cooperation to establish a foundation for sustainable tourism.
In particular, the two institutions plan to connect education programs based in the region with Anseong City's policies, in line with Mokwon University's selection as a "Local Content-Focused University," a project organized by the Small Enterprise and Market Service.
Kim Bora, Mayor of Anseong, said, "Through this agreement, we will build a sustainable tourism model that connects education and the local community, bringing new vitality to the region."
