JobKorea announced on the 31st that it has begun intensive recruitment of outstanding artificial intelligence (AI) talent.
JobKorea is seeking top talent to drive HR tech innovation based on AI capabilities across all 15 job categories, including data·AI, tech, product, and support. The company plans to select experts in AI and technology to further strengthen JobKorea's AI capabilities and establish leading technological prowess within the industry.
In addition, JobKorea will hold the 'AI Challenge' until August 24. This challenge will require participants to solve job-specific problems using AI tools, with no restrictions on eligibility. The six participants who achieve the best results in the AI Challenge will receive a total prize of 10 million KRW. Award winners will also benefit from a 'fast track' that exempts them from the document screening process when applying to JobKorea.
JobKorea is leading the transformation into an AI-based HR platform and is accelerating the industry's AI transformation (AX). The company provides customized job matching services through its self-developed generative AI and is focusing on embedding AI to improve work productivity. JobKorea has newly established a dedicated AI team, is increasing the proportion of development roles to 40%, and is transitioning into a tech platform.
Kim Junsu, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of JobKorea's Value Growth Division, said, "JobKorea is now accelerating its transformation into an AI-based HR tech company, and this recruitment is a strategic process to secure talent who will lead this change together. We consider understanding and utilizing AI as core criteria for all positions, and this will serve as the foundation for fundamentally changing the way we work."
