The Chungnam Office of Education announced on July 31 that it will conduct intensive on-site inspections of Neulbom Schools in the province until August 8, during the summer vacation period.

This inspection will focus on ensuring student safety by closely examining facility safety in the event of summer natural disasters such as heavy rain and heat waves, the status of meal and snack operations, and the appropriateness of programs.

Along with self-inspections conducted by local education support offices, the provincial office is also selecting certain schools for unannounced inspections to enhance the quality of operations.

On this day, Deputy Superintendent Kim Ilsu visited Dangjin Library and Tapdong Elementary School, both affected by flood damage, to check the operation status of Neulbom Schools and listened to on-site difficulties through a meeting with related personnel.

Through this inspection, the provincial office plans to prioritize student safety, enhance the reliability and effectiveness of programs, and establish a stable operational system for Neulbom Schools in the second semester.

An official from the provincial office stated, "We will thoroughly inspect all aspects of Neulbom School operations so that parents can confidently entrust their children," and added, "In particular, we will focus on recovery status and safety issues in flood-affected areas to ensure student safety."
