RaonMeta, a subsidiary of RaonSecure, is expanding the lineup of IT practice content for its 'Metademy' service.
On July 31, RaonMeta, a company specializing in generative AI-based metaverse platforms led by CEO Lee Soonhyung, announced that it had signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for cooperation on AI-based IT practice content with Agoras, an IT service and educational content company led by CEO Jang Jin-ho.
Recently, with the government's plan to invest 100 trillion won in AI and the overall activation of the AI industry, AI has emerged as a core technology across all industrial sectors. As a result, the demand for AI software developers is surging, and the need for practice content that enables effective learning and practical application of related technologies is growing even more significant.
In response, RaonMeta plans to add Agoras's AI-based software development practice content to its metaverse-based practice service, 'Metademy', providing developers with opportunities to efficiently acquire essential skills needed in real-world scenarios, from basic to advanced levels. Both companies plan to continue cooperating to foster IT talent that meets the demands of the AI era.
The Metademy service is expanding its content lineup into various practice fields such as industry, medical, healthcare, and basic science, along with the B2C release of B2B-exclusive content including the world's first experimental animal autopsy practice content, nursing skills, and physical therapy. In addition, multilingual functionality has been implemented to lay the foundation for entry into the global practice market. RaonMeta plans to further strengthen its IT practice content lineup through this collaboration, providing IT trainees in various fields with content to practice and master the latest technologies.
Agoras is a company that develops and provides IT services and educational content, supplying products and services to major domestic conglomerates. Its main products include 'Geek Haus', an edutech brand specializing in IT and science and engineering, 'Code Friends', an IT-focused educational platform, 'Tutor Flow', an AI-based learning management system (LMS) solution, 'Geek English', an English interview practice service, and 'JamTOPIK', a learning service for the Test of Proficiency in Korean (TOPIK).
