KB Kookmin Card's small business support product has been recognized by the Financial Supervisory Service as an outstanding new product for win-win cooperation.
On July 30, KB Kookmin Card announced that its 'KB Mybiz Sajangnim Dundeun Corporate Card' was selected as an excellent case in the '6th Win-Win Cooperation Financial New Product Awards' hosted by the Financial Supervisory Service.
The company explained that it received high marks for providing tangible support by reducing costs and easing the fee burden for small business owners.
The product is available as a credit card that offers cashback based on KB Kookmin Card sales at affiliated stores, or as a debit card that accumulates points according to the amount spent.
This time, the credit card was selected as an outstanding new product. It is a product exclusively for individual business owner merchants.
When spending 2 million won or more in the previous month, the card offers 0.2% cashback linked to the merchant's KB Kookmin Card sales amount (up to 70,000 won per month), and 20% point accumulation on business expenses (security and service fees, office supplies and equipment, water purifier rental automatic payments), up to 30,000 points per month.
A KB Kookmin Card representative said, "This product was designed to provide practical support to small business owners when paying essential business expenses," and added, "We will continue to expand financial services that share the burdens and profits with self-employed individuals and small business owners."
