Gwangmyeong City in Gyeonggi Province will be recruiting companies to move into independent and shared offices at the Startup Support Center from August 1 to August 19 in order to support the stable growth of startups.

Gwangmyeong City Offers Independent and Shared Office Spaces for Startups

The recruitment is open to companies less than seven years old. A total of 23 spaces will be provided, including eight independent offices and fifteen shared office desks. The tenancy period is for one year, from September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2026.

The independent offices are located at the Startup Support Center at 362 Ori-ro, and companies with at least one employee are eligible to apply. The shared offices are located on the 4th and 5th floors of the same building and are available to prospective entrepreneurs or founders residing in Gwangmyeong City.

In particular, for this recruitment, companies and residents from outside the region are also eligible to apply. However, selected companies must relocate their headquarters to the Gwangmyeong City Startup Support Center within 30 days.

Resident companies will be provided with various support services in addition to office space, including shared office equipment, startup support programs, and expert mentoring.

The usage fee for independent offices ranges from 700,000 to 1,200,000 KRW per year, depending on the size of the space. Shared offices are provided free of charge. Residents of shared offices are required to use the space for at least 50 hours per month.

Companies wishing to move in should submit the application form, business plan, and other relevant documents by email. The city will select resident companies through a two-stage process: the first stage is a document review, and the second stage is an in-person evaluation.
